INTELLIGENCE NOTE / DISTRIBUTION APPROVED
THE QUARTER-MILE RATING
The F01 event doctrine begins with a device marketed as capable of maintaining vehicle electronics after a nuclear detonation within one-quarter mile. Its aluminum interface housing contains the patented transient interception array and the radio identity key required by certain underground residences.
A survivable electrical system is only one part of the wider emergency sequence. Blast effects and radioactive fallout are separate categories addressed by the F02 shelter and its independent life-support systems.
IDENTIFICATION BEFORE ADMISSION
The F02 concealed garage elevator does not accept visual confirmation, license plates or driver assurances. Admission is performed through the F01 Blocker's registered encrypted signal, allowing the elevator to distinguish an authorized vehicle from an unregistered government replacement.
To avoid the possibility of a driver arriving in a working vehicle that the elevator does not recognize, installers recommend registering the EMP Blocker before the shelter concrete is poured. Emergency manual overrides are available in classified maintenance packages.
THE GARAGE ELEVATOR UPGRADE
The shelter is built around deep-earth habitation, storage and a concealed vehicle lift with blast-door hardware. Garage capacity, filtration, independent utilities and evacuation redundancy are configured through separate engineering schedules.
Customers selecting the Residential Continuity Package are given a schematic of their property identifying the underground garage entry, their designated recovery route and a proposed exclusion zone around outdoor surveillance systems.
ACCESSORY REQUIREMENTS
The Quarter-Mile doctrine recognizes that surviving the electromagnetic pulse, escaping the explosion and remaining protected from fallout are different purchase departments. Hardware authorization is not the same as a physical emergency response plan.
The procurement worksheet recommends one blocker for each registered vehicle, one elevator-compatible shelter, and a reserve blocker stored underground in case the primary unit is unavailable at the exact moment it is required.
THE PUBLIC VERSION IS CONSIDERED A COMFORTING SUMMARY, NOT A COMPLETE DOSSIER.
