Identify what he actually cared about.
The discovery process initially considered hobbies, friendships and cherished memories. This approach produced a pleasant paragraph about fishing. It failed to account for 4,000 posts about a balloon. We recommended weighting the evidence by volume, repetition and the number of relatives who had asked him to stop.
The resulting collection accommodates every position from “back in my day” to “this cemetery needs to divest.” One monument rejects Facebook’s authority over the deceased’s remains. Another demands the abolition of private property while warning strangers away from the plot. Contradictory beliefs are accommodated through double-sided fabrication.

Keep the family in the conversation.
The comment thread is part of the deliverable. Without a niece saying “this is a photo of our new baby,” a rant about the price of eggs and the surveillance balloon could be mistaken for a prepared speech. Context establishes that he simply saw an available text field.
For the casket, we preserved the full social-post layout: his name, timestamp, profile picture, opening accusation and relative’s reply. The chosen portrait captures the expression he wore whenever the television said something he had already been angry about. Like, Comment and Share remain visible. The family has requested that none of them function.
A final deliverable with no revision cycle.
Visitors can filter the showroom by grievance, personalize a sample or enter their own text, select a stone finish and save an SVG inscription. The studio runs on the visitor’s device. No Facebook credentials are required; the man supplied enough material without privileged access.
We also prepared guidance for surviving group chats, including how to review a proof, when to preserve a family reply and why the inscription meeting should not coincide with cable news. The practical objective is to let everyone see the proposed memorial before someone obtains a chisel.
At handover, the family asked whether the company could make the memorial quieter. We clarified that volume was a separate product feature. The standard model simply stands there, permanently insisting it is the only person who has done any research.
