The mobility sector has spent years asking how to improve the car. Whip & Ride arrived with a different question: what if we removed the car and reintroduced a charioteer?
SoftBoulders has completed the company's launch site, presenting a late-night transport concept powered by electric scooters and a level of classical confidence unsupported by its turning radius. The brief called for convenience, spectacle, and a generous interpretation of the word infrastructure.
Make the upgrade visible.
Our service architecture begins with the Standard Chariot and its two scooters. The VIP tier doubles scooter provision and adds premium seating. The Roman Emperor package provides six scooters and a charioteer with Latin phrases, giving the customer a clear answer to the question, "What exactly am I paying extra for?"
The answer is largely scooters. We consider that a refreshingly transparent pricing principle.
We also gave the whip collection its own place in the customer journey. A Basic, Royal, or Flame Whip changes the theater of the ride without requiring the business to explain why an electric motor would respond to encouragement.
Publish the operating philosophy.
The site walks visitors through the proposed ride, the service tiers, the whip ratings, and a safety section whose confidence is inversely related to its contents. Keeping these elements together allows the absurdity to accumulate in the familiar language of a transport startup.
Our final recommendation was to resist adding a fourth tier until the organization had exhausted the strategic potential of six scooters. The executive team countered with eight. We have scheduled an alignment session in a location accessible by ordinary vehicle.
