Last Word Memorial Company is a fictional comedy company in the SoftBoulders collection. The people, inscriptions, replies, product capabilities and services are invented. Statements attributed to these characters are jokes, not factual reporting, legal notices or endorsed political, scientific or health claims. This site is not affiliated with Facebook or Meta.
No physical products, engraving, funeral services, subscriptions or orders are offered. The arrangements dialog does not submit an order or collect payment. Actual charges are always $0. No testimonials or customer counts are represented as real.
What the studio actually does
The Legacy Distillery selects from written sample inscriptions or formats a post you enter. It does not access Facebook, collect a profile, analyze a social account or use an AI service. Input is kept in the current page’s memory and is cleared on reload. It is not sent by this application to a server or saved in browser storage. Avoid entering private or sensitive information.
Copy uses your device’s clipboard after a click, with a selectable-text fallback. Save generates a local SVG keepsake file with embedded monument and portrait artwork, your inscription and optional family reply. Long inscriptions continue in a complete proof below the photograph. The download fetches only the same-site artwork; your text is not sent with these requests. The optional family reply for a custom post is labeled as a suggested reply. The short processing sequence is part of the presentation, not an account scan.
Circular portrait frames and subscription concept
The circular waterproof housing, protective cover, family subscription, inspections and replacement-before-fading promises are invented product and service concepts. No frame is sold, waterproof-certified, installed, inspected or maintained. No physical photo is archived, printed, replaced or shipped. There is no actual subscription, renewal, billing, cancellation or family account. The displayed monthly prices do not create an offer or charge.
The intended story is that an active family subscription keeps replacing the same original rant-era portrait before the print fades. The image does not age and is not substituted with a newer or more flattering photograph. If the family stops subscribing, the monument and current photograph remain; future replacements stop. The years slider is an illustrative visual effect. It does not predict outdoor service life, define an inspection interval or substantiate a fade-prevention guarantee.
Gazette sources and professional limits
The Still Here Gazette combines original invented family situations and company humor with clearly identified factual source notes. Real sources are linked in each issue’s expandable paperwork section. Publication, update and verification dates are recorded separately. It provides general educational background, not personalized legal, tax, investment, insurance or medical advice. Consult the appropriate qualified professional for an individual decision. Its estate examples, Facebook posts, monuments and local downloads create no will, power of attorney or other legal document.
The RSS feed is a static publication feed. Scheduled editorial checks can add or update a story after review. There is no live breaking-news service, guaranteed coverage, email newsletter enrollment or visitor push notification.
Imagery and advertising
Headstones and portrait subjects are original AI-generated photorealistic artwork, combined with accessible browser-rendered inscriptions. They are not photographs of manufactured monuments or real clients. The casket image is original AI-generated photorealistic artwork, not a photograph of a manufactured product. Vernon Wallace, Lauren Wallace and both profile portraits are invented. The Facebook-style presentation does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by Meta. This site contains no advertising code, advertising placements or analytics scripts.
