Shells is a creative entertainment project published by SoftBoulders. Its company identity, catalog, prices, business statements, and journal articles are written as satirical entertainment. The catalog does not offer physical goods for sale. No shells are sold or shipped through this website.
Photographs illustrate the catalog's stories. They are generated artwork, rather than evidence of inventory, premises, or a commercial operation.
What acquisition buttons do
Product buttons open an on-screen inspection and acknowledgment. The acknowledgment changes only the page in your browser. It does not place an order, accept a payment, reserve inventory, register an organization, or submit information to a seller.
No purchase account or payment details are requested. The zero-dollar and zero-transfer figures shown in the acknowledgment describe the actual result of the interaction.
Charters, resolutions, and appointments
The corporate charter and board resolution are entertainment documents that can be read and printed. They have no legal effect. They do not form a company, create an ownership interest, appoint a director, or establish a filing, financial instrument, or contractual right.
References to incorporation, holding structures, beneficial ownership, and offshore operations are part of the site's wordplay.
