Disclosures & qualifications

The fine print has requested its own billable address.

What SoftBoulders publishes

SoftBoulders is an entertainment publication presented as a consulting firm. Its company collection, storefronts, consulting offers, products, prices, testimonials and corporate stories are fictional satire unless a specific item is expressly identified otherwise. They are not evidence of actual commercial operations, customer results, endorsements or professional qualifications.

SoftBoulders is a collection of fictional companies and satirical storefronts. Products, offers and testimonials are part of the parody. Third-party advertisements are separate.

The site combines original writing, interactive jokes, illustrations and generated artwork. Illustrations and specifications do not establish that a product exists, works, is safe, or is available to buy. The articles and company claims do not replace professional engineering, medical, legal, tax, financial or safety advice.

Orders, forms & payments

The current company storefronts do not sell products or collect payments. Their carts, reservation tools, quote generators and checkout responses are local interactive experiences. They do not create an order, booking, contract, donation, loan, investment or paid subscription. Purchase screens state the applicable zero-charge and no-order outcome.

Local interactions do not mean the site collects no data at all. Hosting and third-party advertising may process information as explained in the Privacy & advertising notice. Company-specific exceptions, storage behavior and form limits appear below or on the linked company disclosure page.

Advertising & other companies

Third-party advertisements are separate from SoftBoulders’ fictional catalogs and remain visibly labeled as advertisements. An advertisement is not a SoftBoulders product, endorsement or part of a fictional checkout. External advertisers and merchants set their own terms. Brand references do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Any actual affiliate recommendation must disclose the commercial relationship next to the recommendation or link. Any future real merchandise must be clearly identified with its actual seller and purchase terms at the offer and checkout; this general page is not a substitute for those disclosures.

Journal sources, dates & artwork

The journal has separate editorial disclosures covering news sources, retrospective datelines, actual publication dates and generated Office Geology illustrations. Real news sources describe the underlying events; SoftBoulders’ invented proposals and dialogue are commentary, not quotations or actions attributed to those businesses.
